Our cakes and breads are all house-made right here at the Markthalle, with organic and whole wheat flours from Rolle Mühle, organic eggs from Weggun Bauernhof and seasonal fruits and produce. We source many of our ingredients from our fellow vendors and regional producers at the Markthalle.
